Liability for Content

According to Article § 7 para. 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as a service provider are responsible for our own content on this page under the general laws. However, according to Articles 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not required to monitor, or, in certain circumstances, to research transmitted or saved third-party information that suggests illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws shall remain unaffected by this. However, liability of this kind is possible only after we become aware of a specific legal violation. When we become aware of such legal violations, we shall remove this content immediately.
